Pomuni is a Belgian potato specialist with a rich family history dating back to 1928. What began as a fruit and vegetable trading business grew into a company that focuses entirely on potatoes. Today, Pomuni supplies fresh potatoes and frozen potato products under private label to retailers, wholesalers, and the foodservice industry. Quality, traceability, and continuity form the bedrock of their operations.<\/p>\n

Reason and purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

Within Pomuni's processing lines, a constant product flow is central. The supply of potatoes always brings foreign objects with it, such as clods and stones. These foreign parts can disrupt sorting, cause damage, or even bring the entire line to a standstill. Pomuni sought a solution that removes this contamination from the flow as early as possible, thereby bringing peace and control to the beginning of the line.<\/p>\n

Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the Divider Pro, featuring a working width of 2.5 metres. The machine is at the beginning of the line and removes clods, stones and extreme deviations directly from the product flow.
