Optimisation of the sorting process<\/strong><\/p>\n

After a long search for an optical sorting line that met Jonika's exacting requirements and fitted within the current sorting process, Jaap came into contact with Flikweert Vision. Flikweert Vision not only understood Jonika's specific needs, but also offered the right technology to take the sorting process to the next level. \u201cFrom day one, we saw that everything was running as expected,\u201d says Jo\u00ebl Nieuwenhuijse, the fourth generation within Jonika and responsible for the production process. Addition of the Divider<\/strong><\/p>\n

The next step in the process was the addition of the Divider. The Divider ensures that large stones and clods are removed from the stream early. This prevents damage to the onions and keeps the shearer cleaner. The combination of the QualityGrader and the Divider makes the process more efficient: product foreign materials are quickly removed, allowing the QualityGrader to fully focus on accurate quality control.<\/p>\n

This provides more flexibility in working hours and a more efficient workflow.
