Smart and fast pre-sorting with AI

The Divider removes clods, stones, wood and other product foreign objects from the product stream early on. Each object is captured and assessed using an in-house developed AI software that is continuously improved. Products that fall outside set tolerances are automatically sorted out with ejector fingers. The good products flow unhindered to the next step in the process.
With a capacity of up to 120 tonnes per hour, the Divider sorts at high speed and continues to perform reliably, even with changing batches or coarser field batches.

Continuity and line cooperation

The Divider instantly removes extraneous front wobbles, allowing the line to simply keep running. Stoppages caused by a large stone, clod or piece of wood are thus prevented. This makes the process more predictable and reduces the risk of damage to machines further down the line, such as the shearer or our optical quality grader, the QualityGrader. The Divider is designed to fit in seamlessly with these.
