Our core values: The foundation of our culture
Our core values are not empty words, but the basis of everything we do. They guide our collaboration, inspire innovation and ensure lasting progress.
Reliable
We do what we promise. We keep agreements, communicate honestly and provide clarity on expectations. For us, being reliable also means taking responsibility, delivering quality and treating customers, colleagues and partners with care.
Job satisfaction
Job satisfaction arises from commitment, trust, and a positive atmosphere. We are approachable, celebrate successes, and look out for one another. Fun and focus go hand in hand for us: we work hard, but remain people-oriented and leave room for humour, pride, and connection.
Driven
At Flikweert Vision, we take ownership and see things through. We actively contribute ideas, collaborate, and work with focus and energy to deliver impactful solutions. We have a straightforward approach: just get it done, improve, and solve.
Collaboration
We build on each other, involve each other actively, and together we create a “we”. We help each other, address each other openly and respectfully, and are there for each other: during work and when it's needed beyond that. This way, we work as one team towards the same goal.
