At Flikweert Vision, we develop sorting machines that set the standard worldwide. Through a recently conducted service round, we have replaced a number of underperforming components in existing machines, bringing these machines up to the level of the latest generation.

During this round, we replaced several components and fixed problems free of charge. This ensures greater reliability, better performance and a longer lifespan. Recurring service issues were structurally addressed by replacing parts with more robust components that can withstand heavy use, dust and wear.

Over a 20-week period, 290 machines were upgraded. Thanks to good cooperation between our own service team and our service partners HuizingHarvest and Van der Meer Techniek, this project was successfully completed.

The result: graders ready to work every day in the field.
